Subscription Rules
These Subscription Rules (the “Rules”) are a supplementary agreement to, and
form an inseparable part of, the User Payment Agreement of “Amouree” (the
“Payment Agreement”), together
constituting a single unified document. In the event of any conflict between these Rules
and the
User Payment Agreement, these Rules shall prevail. By selecting
“Auto-Renewal
Subscription” (such as “Monthly
Auto-Renewal” or “Annual
Auto-Renewal,” as displayed on the relevant purchase page) and
proceeding —
whether by clicking to accept the User Payment
Agreement, completing a payment, or
taking any other
confirming action — you are deemed to have agreed to these Rules.
You understand and agree that:
-
The auto-renewal service is designed to help you avoid service interruptions
caused by missed
renewals. By enabling this service, you authorise the
Company to instruct
the relevant payment channel to automatically charge to your top-up account
balance or the
third-party payment account linked to your user account (each, a
“Payment
Account”) before your current billing cycle expires.
Where a payment
channel sets its own charge timing (for example,
Apple’s iOS channel
charges 24 hours before expiry), the actual charge time will apply. Once a
charge is successful, the
Company will automatically extend your service period accordingly.
-
Auto-renewal plan and billing cycles: Monthly
Auto-Renewal
plan and Annual Auto-Renewal plan are
available with
billing cycles of one month and one year respectively (subject to the display on
the relevant
purchase page). You may choose whichever suits you. The Company may from time to
time introduce new
auto-renewal plan or adjust the benefits of existing
ones in response to
business developments and user needs. The specific terms displayed at the time
of purchase shall
apply.
-
Charge rules
(1) By enabling auto-renewal, you agree that the
payment channel may
charge the next billing cycle’s fee to your linked Payment Account without
requiring your
account password, payment password, SMS verification code, or any other
authentication;
(2) Unless you cancel auto-renewal or the Company
terminates it, the
service will continue to renew and charge automatically and indefinitely;
(3) Unless you
cancel the auto-renewal
service in advance, Company may, in
accordance with
the payment channel’s rules, make repeated charge attempts within a set period after a
billing cycle
expires, even if your Payment Account has insufficient
funds;
(4) Once a charge is successful, the Company will
extend your service
period by one billing cycle. If a charge cannot be processed before the end of a billing
cycle due to
force majeure (such as a network outage), the charge date will be deferred until the
charge
succeeds.
Please ensure your Payment Account has sufficient
funds. Any
service interruption or loss resulting from insufficient funds or Payment
Account problems
shall be borne solely by you.
-
To keep you informed, the Company will notify you of upcoming charges before each
renewal date via
in-app messages, mobile push notifications, or similar means. Payment channels
may also send their
own renewal reminders, subject to each channel’s
actual practice.
-
The Company may adjust the pricing of auto-renewal plans. Please pay
close attention
to product page announcements, platform notices, in-app messages, and other
official notifications
in the event of any price adjustment. If you do not
accept the new price,
you may cancel auto-renewal plan under these Rules,
and your service will
end at the close of the current billing cycle. Unless you actively
cancel the
auto-renewal service before the renewal date, all charges for the service fee
processed by the
payment channel will be irrevocable.
-
You may cancel auto-renewal plan at any time.
Cancellation must be completed before the current billing
cycle expires. Once
cancelled, your service will end at the close of the current billing cycle. If
you do not cancel in
time, the payment channel will charge the subsequent billing cycles, and your
service will be
extended accordingly. Note also that certain payment channels (such as
Apple’s iOS channel) may process the next
cycle’s charge up to 24 hours before the current cycle
expires. In such cases, if
the deduction is
successful, your service will extend to the end of that next cycle
regardless of any
subsequent cancellation.

auto-renewal service and will notify you in advance via platform notices, in-app messages, etc. Your
